its it mechanical?
I'm KevlarDon100 new to the who srt-4 family obviously... but I have an issue....
the car was bought in great condition, good paint very good interior, kinda a Hodge-podge of suspension parts but they work well together... not really important but:
megan racing coil overs, ragetek rear 4-link control arms, ragetek rear solid control arm bushings, dc front strut bar, eibach lower front and rear sway bars.
The engine:
AGP lower hard pipe, HKS BOV, Turbo timer {not sure if working just says off nothing changes when i mess with the button}, AIS intercooler, Autometer boost gauge,
solid engine mounts with hardened bolts, AGP solid transmission mount, Walbro 255 fuel pump, 1025cc injectors, and a Diablo sport tuner with a diablo sport tuned map.
the map seems like its running rich and there is a custom map from a email tuner that when installed runs better than the diablo tune but I'm not sure ifs correct either..
the issue:
during "normal" driving the car does just fine feels like a decently powered fun turbo 4 cylnder..turbo pressure holds everything seems fine....
If I were to floor it from first it will launch shift through 2nd like a champ hit 3rd around 3500rpm and it falls on its face sputters and cant go..... if i back off and ease on to it again itll go but not hard....
everything I know to check i have and now am asking for any ideas even if you think its a "you dummy" thing ask away I lean quick and am enough of a mechanic that I may not know all the little acronyms but I can read a gauge and turn a wrench.....
I am installing a air/fuel meter this weekend and a volt meter just to be sure....should look good on the pillar and serve a purpose .....
