I haven't looked at my car or my disks but what a blown fuse indicates is not enough resistance meaning the power is going to ground. (shorting) Do you know what that fuse powers? Is it labeled? Have you done any mods to the car that affect that system?
Look for water intrusion. Look for wires bared and touching each other or metal. The entire wire run has to be inspected for rubbing, chaffing or otherwise compromised insulation. Does it happen in the rain? Finally, if the wiring is thoroughly checked and found good, I would suspect the unit/s that that fuse powers as failed or failing.
Hope this helps.....

They have finally fixed the problem!!!!!!!!!!
After replacing the wiring harness, the dealership found that the plastic cord protector around a wire was rubbing against the master cylinder when i was making right turns. They fixed it and I haven't had any related problems since then.
