Is the boost needle supposed to "flutter" (jumps very rapidly, so needle isn't really visable) under high boost conditions? Like flooring it in 1st and 2nd it will flutter like crazy, 3rd, 4th and 5th, not so much, but still there.

Also, anyone know what I will get in my stage 1 for an 05? Just a new brain, or injectors to??

 

Iam pushing 19lbs of boost on a stock turbo, and I had the same problem, it was my stock blow off valve,it is efficient up to 15lbs then it leaks, so I got the HKS SSQ with bock off plate and haven't had a problem since.

 

19lbs on stock turbo? Do you have stock ECU and throw mad codes or just have a mopar stage ecu?

 

Just a new brain, injectors were upgraded in '04 since they were running too lean.

i have the same problem and i have the stage 3 with all suppoted mods and i have a hks and my boost needle still flutters at high boost not at low RPMs but at high RPMs if i get on it slow it goes right to 22 psi but as the RPMs get higher the more the needle flutters
