Hi all. Does anyone have a perrin cold air intake? If so how good are they and does anyone reccomend perrin products for srt-4? thanks

 

I dont have a perrin, and this may not help you in anyway, but I have to say that I am pretty happy with the mopar cai. It is a full 3inch and it makes the turbo very loud and deepens the exhaust. The response did not change a whole lot, but it is nice and fits very well. Easy install.

I had a problem with the filter on my Perrin CAI. The rubber where the clamp goes around ripped and the filter fell off, luckily my car was parked so I was able to fix it. I wouldn't recomend it.

 

I have the AEM, and the Mopar is basically an AEM with an "M" on it. Most here will agree with the AEM over most other companies, but some argue that because the perrin isnt metal, it runs cooler....*shrugs* Im happy with my AEM, and its power noted gains are NOTICEABLE when installing.

 

know nothing about Perrin, but after my research it was a toss up between the AEM and Mopar, like said above they're basically the same minus the blue M. I liked the look of the Mopar and happened to come across one last week on ebay from a Dodge dealer for almost AEM price so I bought it.
