Do BOVs do damage?
You better get that in writing. No Mopar Performance parts carry any warranty what so ever and they cannot void your warranty just because you were to put an aftermarket BOV on. The only way they can is if whatever warranty repair you may need done is caused by the BOV and would not have happened if the BOV wasn't on it. There is a whole thread on this issue pinned at the top, check it out for more information on any mods and your warranty.

I'm thinking about getting the mopar BOV only because I want my warrenty to stay intact and my dealership said that it will still be there if they put it on...which i kinda figured them saying that part they just want the money lol

ok, so i am new to all of this. i understand engines, and have performace tuned many other types of car before this. i also plan to read the thread about warrantees in a min...but the guys at my dealership (manuel, dallas) say that the bov for my car (mopar) will void the warranty and not do any help for me. i talked to the parts manager...the "specialist" on my waranty.
i know that a bov will extend the life of my turbo...are there any suggestions about which works best on the SRT-4?

read the thread about warranties. but basically it comes down to two things...
1. no part voids anything. it has to do damage, then only the damaged part is no longer warrantied.
2. many dealers will blame anything that goes wrong on your car on any modification that you have done, so be prepared for a fight if you do need warranty work done. not all dealers are like this, but quite a few are. sounds like your dealer will be. find another dealer.

HKS SSQ and Greddy type S sound the best, and are the best. Of course it's all preference. Email me if you want the BOV sounds compilation vid.
