I'll check into shipping Amsoil to Germany on Monday.
The EPA has program with Ford and Honda that requires 5w-20 in all vehicles. I have heard that DC might start requiring 5w-20 for Hemis in 2005. This is a CAFE or Corporate Average Fuel Economy mandate. Basically thinner oil is being used to get a tenth of an MPG to make the EPA happy [:@]
