Do you mean "emblem"? I told my dealer I would not accept a car with a "dealers sticker" on it. Some magic was worked in the prep of the car........no decal. Try asking them to take it off the next time you're there......if they screw up the paint, it's THEIR problem....

Yea, I meant to say emblem [sm=oopssign.gif]. Guess I will have to actually start checking what I type before I hit enter.

i just used a heat gun to remove mine. it is easy but you have to make sure you dont let the heat gun get to close to the paint and you have to keep moving so it dont stay in the same spot. but it comes off in no time at all.

that is more along the lines of what i was thinking.

I know one of the stickers i pulled off was just a foam backed type application and a little elbow grease and some cleaner took off the rest once i got the emblem off.

Fishing line works a little better than floss (it's a little more durable). Some mineral spirits and elbow grease will remove the rest of the gunk (be very careful with mineral spirits....it will remove the paint if you aren't careful). Make sure you wax the area after you remove everything, all teh stuff you used to take the emblem off will remove wax too.

My dealer sticker was just a vinyl graphic that peeled right off. I just cleaned up the area and waxed it and theres no trace of where it was. Of course I did it right after I got the car, so it was easy and there wouldn't be any paint fade difference.
