Has anyone else had a problem contacting Revolution Motorsports? I placed an order with them and then wondered what their method of shipping was. I wrote an email. since there is no phone number to be found, and 3 emails and a week and a half later, nothing.


Anyone??

agreed... customer service goes a LOOOOOONG way in my book... I ordered a set of rims for my ride from tire rack... they were on back order, so tire rack called me 3 times to make sure it was okay, that it was okay to charge my credit card, and to verify it was me ordering the rims... customer service!!

if you don't get any help in a week or so, I think one of the guys from Rev. hangs out in the SRT Forums on the other site...

what did you order from them?

 

I only ordered eyelids and the front hood scoop decals, so not anything huge, but still . . .

 

According to "Google", "revolution motorsports dot com is currently shut down." Ya might wanna get with your credit card company and let them know.....
