just wondering what is the best plug and also gap for them.

What kind of mods are you running? Because the different stage kits require different plugs.

NGK is the best... but I'm biased... ha-ha... as long as it's not Champion you are in a whole lot better place!!!! Denso makes a good plug too, but I'd stick with the NGK's... ha-ha...

ngk 4306 gapped to .045 and you should be good!

if you have the proper voltage... opening the gap is fine ;-) it actually helps the flame propogation... however, you have to be careful of voltage sparking to the metal shell vs. the ground electrode if you open the gap too far... also, I think iridium plugs from NGK come pre-gapped and shouldn't require regapping... just some FYI for ya...

I have no idea, I ordered them from NAPA, and I just said NGK Iridiums...I can check the reciept and Im picking them up tomorrow, all I know is that the reciept says they are gapped .052
