OKAY IV'E HEARD SOME BAD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY IN THE PAST COUPLE DAYS... BUT ITS A LITTLE TOO LATE . I ORDERED SOME STRIPES AND A HOOD DECAL.... HAS ANYONE WENT THROUGH THEM BEFORE ? LET ME KNOW HOW YOUR EXPIERENCE WAS PLEASE
i have read a few things in the forums here about there customer service.....
i actually emailed them a suggestion....telling them i didnt feel comfortable ordering from there web sight when it doesnt even have a phone number
i noticed they have a phone number listed now in there contact section.....they have some cool items forsure

Here is my advice . . . DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. They do have a number posted on their website, but they don't answer calls or e-mails. I ordered a custom hood scoop decal and 1 set of s style eyelids, I got two sets of eyelids, but no hood scoop. This was after they didn't return emails for 2 weeks about when my stuff would be there. Then after I called a million times to get my right order, they charged my credit card again. They have horrible customer service.
Good thing my credit card company dealt with them after I tried.

OKAY, WELL IT HAS BEEN EXACTLY ONE WEEK SO FAR... WELL I DID ORDER THE STRIPES AT NIGHT SO I AM GUESSING THEY WENT OUT THE NEXT DAY. ANYWAYS THE SITE SAYS THE ITEMS WILL TAKE 1 WEEK TO SHIP. SO THEY SHOULD BE HERE TOMORROW. I GUESS WE WILL SEE
2 things to remember about purchasing online
1.) When ordering online, you are subject to a few things that can delay your order time. If you are using a debit/credit card for your checking account, it could take a couple days to clear on your bank. In the mean time, your items will not ship or even be purchased. So, that could easily add 2-3 days to your wait. Also, please keep in mind that it typically takes 24 hours for some credit card/debit purchases to post to a financial institution. Especially if the company you are purchasing from is closed at the time of purchase. I always like to contact companies before I order to ask questions.
2.) Not everyone has the same bad luck. I have been with Sprint for a long time. I've had a few idiots I've talked to who have screwed me over, but as a whole I've had very few problems. There are people I know who have literally gotten hosed by Sprint. All I am trying to say is that some companies do not intentionally set out to screw you. It just happens. There are companies out there who have crappy service, but great products. It's just **** you have to deal with to get what you want.

Yeah, every company is different, the bad thing is REV has some cool stuff, it just sucks they don't know how to answer their phones. I did order some stuff from Ruthlessgraphics and they have AWESOME customer service. . . . but not the same product as REV. . .
