Default Jensen IN Dash DVD Install

this 1 goes out to LilSpark.... anyway i remember months ago talking to you about your install with your jensen and you saying somthing about how the factory wiring will not allow you to have your screen up while the parking brake is down? my question is what wire do i ground out so that i can have my screen out while i am driving and also how much better did putting that jensen in over using your stock HU & 6 disc?

Ahhh yes I remember!

I took the unit back out of the car. And cut the wire that goes to the e-brake as FAR back as possible. I used wire splicers, and just opened up a section on the REGULAR ground of the headunit. Wrapped the green wire from the brake around there, and taped it up. Now I can watch DVDs while driving. Well not me, but my passengers.

Its insanity how much better my sub and system sounds. The ability to control all the Highs and Lows with more than 3 settings a piece, PLUS a regular equalizer is amazing. If I can get a video...I will, but it sounds like **** in videos. The highs are practically ear piercing but they're SO clear. And the sub shakes the entire car and can be heard across a parking lot. It resembles two 12s instead of one 10.

Sweet looking. What's that lil silver thing with a blue faceplate that's on your visor now?

Up the the left corner, theres the radar detector, then the XM radio unit. I had to move it up there the boost kicks in so fast in 2nd and 3rd gear I knock **** over. Then the little blue thing above the TV is the Greddy Profec B Spec II EBC
