okay if it's not one thing with me its another... my car is acting up. when i accelerate my "brake" light comes on !!! the light that indicates that my e-brake is on !!! anybody have this happen to them before

 

I had the same problem every time I stepped on it. Brake fluid was a little low so I topped it off and she hasn't done it since. I don't think there's any other reason why it would do that, not that I know of anyway.

Yup top it off, Mopar DOT3 or DOT4 will do the trick and the light will go away.

The light is saying: "WHOAAA BUDDY EASSSSY I can't stop as good as I used to!"

 

yes, i have this exact same proplem, going in for the 30k tune up, so it will all be fixed when i get the car back tommorrow, i'll make sure they know about this fix

 

They should, but usually the brake light just flashes, though for some it will stay on.

 

That's just there to let you know your car is accellerating faster. When your car REALLY starts accellerating, the rearview mirror comes off and hits you in the head.




Seriously though, when the brake fluid is even slightly low, the light will come on during accelleration.

 

Damn...wouldn't that be a nice problem to have.
