There is an adjustment for the rear parking brake shoes. There should be a rubber plug in both rear backing plates the allow access to the adjustment.

Damn girl, that sucks bigtime. Its not half bad, I have a mark on my bumper in the exact same spot as you do. Only thats cause I was backing up late at night, can only see out of one eye and misjudged a 3000GT, all the damage was done to MY car not the other one. [:'(]

I, however, have a dent in my rear quarter panel, a bent bumper bracket, and a need for more flexible putty on the bumper itself. I wish it wasnt as bad, but at least I didnt have to pay for anything.

The fix is ..... start do'in some curls or something!!!

You just have to give it a good yank for it to work. (OK all you perverts [like me] hold the jokes)

But seriously, (and no offense intended, just joking around), I always put on the E-brake, and leave the car in either 1st or reverse. Reason being that a low gear has no leverage over the engine.

BTW SRTbabe: I thought you were in the "family way"?
From the reflection in the car (picture) you still look pretty hot!! (actually, I'm one of those who thinks that that is sexy too). I have a couple of gazillion "all I can hope for is to be rear ended" jokes just dying to come out, but I will try to refrain.... out of family respect.

O.K........ time for me to go!!
