Damn, thanks! I would have tried it soon. I just looked up the part number for the boot 05029257AA, it only lists for $41 at the dealer. Not too bad if you can't find one any where else.
Good thing I quit using that crap product several years back after having used it the first couple times, the only times it seems to actually work and work quite well, when it started to actually look worse the more I used it, my dash went from shiny to sand papered dull looking and as dry as moon dust. I actually cannot believe how many still back and believe in ArmorAll, but there are many I know that do and one by one they are learning the hard way what a POS crap it is as it eventually quits working and starts dulling everything nicely. I have found Black Magic to be the best protectant for all, rubber, plastic, vinyl and leather and have used it for several years with only great top notch results.
The products I found to be the best and easiest to work with through my years and hundreds, if not thousands, of car shows:
Black Magic Professional protectant: For all interior and exterior rubber, plastic (except headlight/taillight/marker lens), vinyl and leather.
Black Magic Tire Wet: For tires.
Turtle Wax Platinum Series Ultra Gloss wax: For all painted surfaces and headlight/taillight/marker light lens'. This is by far the easiest wax to go on as well as remove that I've ever used.
No Touch Tire Care: For wheel wells, takes care of the nasty dirty looking ones, especially where there is undercoating.
Meguiars Quick Detailer: Great for all waxed surfaces between waxing as directed on the bottle.
Turtle Wax Chrome Polish w/rust remover: Perfect for chrome, but even better for removing light surface rust on chrome and heavy soiling, road grim and tar from polished metals.
Power Clean Glass Cleaner: In the aerosol can works best to reduce streaking.
There are a few more I'll list when I remember what they are.

Ok so here is my question for everyone: I use:
-Regular Turtle Wax
-Stoner Invisible Glass (aerosol spray for tinted windows)
-Armorall Cleaning wipes (the kind in the purple can)
-Hot Rims Wheel Cleaner
-Black Magic Tire Wet Shine stuff
what is the best stuff to use on the dash and the doors, my car is ALWAYS a wreck inside.
and:
has anyone had any bad experiences with the products I use?

I got one for all of ya'. Maguires NXT tire Cleaner! Not the NXT tire shine stuff. The tire cleaner foams up and pulls all the break dust out of your tires. I usually have a river of brake dust that runs off each front tire. It works great on the wheel wells to. It says it is safe on painted surfaces, so I don't worry about any overspray. Then I put on my favorite tire dressing and WOW show quality rubber. It smells like candy to. Good luck finding it, everyone carries the NXT tire shine, few carry the NXT cleaner.

The 303 space cleaner, I think that is correct, works wonder on dirty carpet. Used it, diluted, on an old honda and it got rid of all the old stains, very easily and quickly as well. Good stuff and it should be availible through one of the sponsored links, I think. As far as brake dust, I have had great success with the s100 motorcycle cleaner, the brakes on all my bikes look brand new and the stuff is easy to use. The s100 wax is good, not long lasting, but once you see how easy it goes on and off, you will be sold on it, and will not mind waxing the car every month or so. Plus it does not leave a residue on black plastics, ex. the fog light inserts. Great products, s100 is availible at any h-d dealer or bike shop.
srt4babe, I use window cleaning rags made by Armor-All on the interior. Or just straight up window cleaner and a rag.
If you smoke, and you get the black **** on the headliner, glass cleaner and/or a vacuum takes that RIGHT out!
