ok still going crazy with this and cant figure it out... does anybody think that the gate inside the manifold is not seeling. Would this cause the turbo to boost to just 5-7 lbs?? anything will help about now

 

Have you actually done a boost leak test? Could tell you alot as far as taking a stuck BOV, Blown off hose, and such completely out of the question. The "check pretty good" method hasn't worked so far, and if I were to troubleshoot it, I would take each possible scenario out of the equation 1 by 1. The only way to absolutely discount a boost leak is to pressurize the system and see.
