interesting. i never blew my break booster line, but i do have a catipillar clamp and two zip ties on it just in case i'll have to look into the check valve, seems like a better fix than what i've got now!

mchat-do you think that the one off ebay will work for the brake booster as well? and also do you have any pics of the mod?--Thanks
No pics... it's pretty simple. And ya the E-Bay one should work for the brake-booster as well. Just realize that the stock boost gauge plugs into the brake booster, so you'll need to reroute it to a manifold source.

i took my cc off after a while, i wasn't getting any oil in it. some people still use it though, i just see it as another potential boost leak....

Put the check-valve between the intake manifold and the catch can. The catch can can't leak then.

that's where it originally was, which is why i ended up taking off the cc. i had them both on for about three months and didn't get a drop of oil in the cc, so i just took it off. ended up better that way to, i needed the space where the catch can was to mount the mis dis-2!

the check valve doesn't allow the pressure back at the pcv valve, which is what causes blow by in the first place. i think that part of the reason that i don't get as much is because i'm retarded and i change my pcv valve like every 6 months so it never gets too weak lol. i've heard of a few other people that were able to remove the cc after installing a check valve, others need to leave it on. dunno what the difference is......
