i also have this installed recommened by Amy..it took two minutes to install..

the directions show's you cutting the stock plastic tube going to the intake on car to install ....but i was able to install it without cuting anything..leaves a little bind in things but not bad

makes things easy if you decide to remove it back to stock

our stock pcv valve is the same one that dcx uses on regular neons and cannot handle the pressure of running so much boost. it gets worse the more boost you run. a check valve helps prevent boost from going back to the pcv valve. it installs in 2 minutes and is a good way to help protect the car from blow back.

I used 2 of these check valves. One for the PCV line and one for the brake booster line (I have an aftermarket boost gauge).

I got mine straight from McMaster:

http://www.mcmaster.com/ctlg/DisplCt...MainWidth=1060

Item #7775K53 - $18.92

And you'll need two 3/8 pipe - hose barb fittings per check valve. Which I picked up at the local Home Depot.

Just remember for both applications the flow arrow should point toward the intake manifold.

yes it works and the one off ebay is the same one that many of us use. ptperformance makes it, they are a vendor on many forums.

mchat - brake booster line....never thought of putting one there......i'm guessing it's working out for you?

Ever hear of people blowing the line off of the brake booster and having to really push on the brake pedal to get stopped at the end of the strip?

Well, it never happens to me And I don't even have a zip tie around the brake booster connector anymore. I just used a couple of standard 3/8-1/2" worm gear clamps around the hose where it connects to the manifold and to the check-valve.
