Default Trip Out

Alright yesterday morning I was on my way to work, driving, calmly minding my own business. I noticed the car to my left wanted to change lanes so I pressed my brakes a bit gave her some space... she didn't change lanes so I keep cruisin, about 2 miles down the road I am going about 45-50 *I can't drive at the speed limit.... I blame it on the car* the same lady that wanted to change lanes barrels down the road cuts me off and slams the brakes so that she can pull into a parking lot... keep in mind... she is super close to me.... and she was of asian descent.... not to be shady or nothing its what I saw. I had to slam my brakes and e brake at the same time... car kinda slid for a bit and I ended up at an angle... she gets scared and puts her car in reverse almost slamming the crap out of my front bumper, then puts it in gear again and makes a left at the corner instead of going into the driveway she was going to go into. What is the point of this story? To express my frustration with stupid *** drivers you might ask? No.... about 4 miled down the road from the scene of the crime I press my brakes to stop at a red light, I felt them shake... the motha effin pedals shook and I could feel the brake pads shifting I am like... wtf just happened. Hasn't done it since... but just wanted to express my anger and frustration with the rest of the SRT-4 family. Have and amazing day...

I don't want to sound stereotypical... but I work with the Japanese... I'm talking they transfer over for 5 years and then go back to Japan.... their driving is... well... scary to say the least... You haven't lived until your in the back of a Ford Expedition with 4 other Japanese guys in the car and one of them is driving and as you look out the side window you realize you can grab the car next to you as your changing lanes... I wish I could say it was because they had Nascar skillz (with a "z")... but it's not... scary!!! hahaha

I believe they are an Asian/Spanish mix since Spain was the government there before the Spanish American War at the end of the 1800's......kind of goes along with the Indian/Spanish mix which most Mexicans come from......those Spanish dudes really got around!!

This has really gotten off topic, anybody have any idea what could have caused the brakes to shake like that?

If you hit the brakes hard, that was ABS. Typical Mopar ABS system for you.

Yeah I had to slam the **** out of them. I kinda thought it might of had something to do with that, thanks for clearing that up! Man those stock brake pads last forever.... I checked them out today on my car, just to see how long it would be for me to get new ones... they are still practically brand new
