Default 4th gear boost, stock problem

When i am going about 100 or 120 Kms(not mph) I punch it in 4th and not much goes on, i am boosting 10-11 because its kinda cold but it dont get that big pull that third gives. Third pulls hard until i start to drop in boost because of my shifty stock wastegate but forth just seems like a downer. Could i need a new wastegate? if so does agp wastegate sound good? also could my fuel filter need changing? what other problems could be associated with this deliema i am having?

thanks, really need some help here guys, and girls

anything below 80 mph (sorry dont know kph scale)dont bother using wot in 4th gear you will only get bog, down shift to 3rd till at least 5500 rpm.

anyone else....i really think i should get a good wastegate though right? If i want the boost constant and holding throughout every gear.

I have 48,000kms, i pretty sure my wastegate has gone through a beating.
