I just got off the phone with a dodge service center and was told that if i were to get a stage 2 upgrade although it states that it's not legal for use on pollution controlled vehicles that there would be no problems passing smog. Which makes me really happy, and thought i'd let everyone know who possibly had this concern as well. FYI stage 2 with toys is going for $1599.00 and if Dodge installs it it will be another $850.00 for labor for a total of around 2450.

That's actually not 100% correct... If you get s2 w/toys you will set a fault code and that will cause you to fail emissions.

 

mmmhum! Gotcha so there will probably have to be some adjustments before smog time huh?

 

A guy on srtforums makes a thing that gets rid of the code or something. I don't know much about it.
