It's a Maxxfab 3" dp, with interchangable test pipe and race cat(never used), and it reduces to 2.5" at the outlet - designed to slip fit to the borla 2.5" and eliminate the 2.25 " bottleneck that the flange has if you dont remove the flange.
I will think on $ - if you wanna pm me an offer i'll consider all.
