irridiums can use a msd wire, but it's better to use a high temp larger wire anyway. i've been using the 9.0mm high temp wires from sparkplugs.com and they're great.

So I should be OK with the colder NGKs and MSD 8.5 plug wires, because that's what I've currently got (still haven't put them on yet...) and I would hate to have to pay another 40 something bucks for different wires? Oh, and where can I get this Lorenzo throttle body at?

Looks like the S1 springs are just what I'm looking for. Thanks for the photos!

One more ? Should I stay with 17s or go for 18s? I want to continue to use the KDWs just in a wider size. I bet a set of KDWs in 18s are pricey aren't they?

Thanks again for all the help ladies and gentlemen!

a few people around me have had problems with msd products (both coil and wires) and i havent used them for that reason. ive used accell and ngk with stock coil for about 20k.

just about all the aftermarket coils are junk, no surprise that you've heard of issues with them. everyone pretty much sticks with the stock one, why change it when it's better than what's out there as alternatives?

the lorenzo tb can be found at lfsracing.com, i think he's backordered right now though. it's worth the wait however. i've driven cars with other tb's, and i can honestly say that the lorenzo is the best feeling one and most responsive of all that i've tried.

anyone heard of those ignition amplifiers that splice into the ignition wiring that bring the volts from 12-13 to 19-20 that i have seen sold at revitup motorsports for about 250?
