not sure why but when i floor my car the emergency brake light goes on.. it runs at about 14 PSI when its WOT.. any ideas?

 

Top off your brake fluid with DOT 3. Its low, the float went down and triggered the light to go off.

 

yes he is so right.My car was doing that and i was like wtf,heheh but anyways i top it off and it never came back on.

 

thanks.. i am going to head out and check all my fluids.. just bought the car have to do an oil change on it too.. i don't have a manual for my car.. what kind of oil do they take?

i filled the brake fluid and it stopped going off under acceleration.. thanks.. now if only i could figure out how to work the 6 cd changer haha.. i tried pressing ever button on the radio.. nothing will let me load more then 1 cd

 

is it bad if i dont top off the fluids and just let the light come on everytime? are you sure you have the 6 cd changer. you got the kicker livin' loud system right?
