im with the rest of you my one brother has a 03 gt and swears by his life that it is faster than my "neon". im just waiting for him to finaly race me but he is too lazy.

 

not lazy just wont admit he will get **** on... at least from a dig.. my buddy (03 gt) took off on me on the freeway and i didnt catch him till around 120...the pull hard on the top end

 

hmm....fast on the freeway?
for the most part, we are good out of the hole, and from a dig. not so good on the freeway. My car falls on its face after 110.

 

thats what i was thinking 04gt from a dig you guys pull hard not on the freeway and with the 4.10 you really pull from a dig and really fall hard top end most likely i raced an 04 with gears exhaust cai chip sts and he pulled a car length off the line

Thanks everyone. I have to admit, I was not a big fan of the SRT-4 at first, but they are growing on me. I think they would look better without the wing. Any of you guys every try it without the wing? I took the spoiler off my car today just to see what it looks like. Very easy.

 

I was never a 4 banger fan untill these cars. To me the Neon SRT-4 is the coolest tuner type car out and not to mention the exaust note you get w/ a stock one is nothing but nice. The exaust sound was the first thing that cought my attention w/ these cars..... Not your typical ricer buzz bomb sound.

Now i have both worlds..... V8 Muscle and IL4 Muscle. Kinda fun to have one of each )

Far as takeing the wing off..... I ..... Accually.. like the wing (never really been a big wing fan). I think, Besides the bad *** exaust (for a 4 Banger), It gives the car alil character.

The only thing i dont like is the fact it is FWD - I just love RWD cars. - call me old fasioned if you will i still like it -
