Hey Lil, does your AEM SRI contstantly knock off the red rubber battery terminal cover?
Sometimes, yes, but I did have a piece of rubber on the side of it to prevent that from happening. However after almost two years of being on the car it kinda fell off....so Im gonna have to put something else there for the time being. I might re-adhere it today actually, thanks for reminding me

No prob, it was just something that has been bugging me, but since there is that rubber piece on the SRI I'm not inclined to do anything about it....

If you had an 05 you would have the upgraded battery terminal cover, which clips on and is plastic. Much better IMO.

On the topic of batteries, Yesterday and just now, I got into my car and turned the key to start it. Just as everything powered up, the car completely died! No power to anything! This has happened a total of 4 times now, three times in the past two days and once about a month ago. All I do is fiddle with the negative terminal attachment on the battery and the power comes back on and everything is fine. Anyone know what is happening? I thought it was a faulty connection on the negative post on the battery, but the post looks clean and it is on there pretty good.... Starting to really annoy me....

Check the connection on the PDC, the red power line that runs into there has a washer on it. Back when I first got my car that was happening, turned out the positive wire to the PDC wasn't connected properly.

PDC...... = Fuse Box? Still not quite up to date on my accronyms. Power Distribution Center?... lol, I'm probably way off!
