stage 2 wastgate on stock pcm

i got a stage 2 wastegate for cheap, but was wondering if i should put it on my stage 0 ? i got a spring modded wastgate pressing 16 now but the stage 2 should press 18-20... is that okay ???

damn ! i never should have gotten rid of my stage 2 pcm ![:@]

hi...i think you will get a over boost code if you use stage 0 nd try more boost than 15......stage 1 fixes that

Yeah you're gonna have an overboost issue with that. Better off finding an S1, its a great building tool for other mods too.

i have an adjustable WGA.. it was set to 16 PSI and it wasn't throwing any over boost codes until i got my EBC and started running 17 PSI.. at 17 PSI flooring my car throws an over boost code.. i plan on buying a stg 1 PCM next friday

i was talking to my homie about resetting the stock pcm every now and then... he was telling me thats what he was doing with the agp wastegate set at 20 pounds. every month or so you have to set it because it would eventually throw a code

is wasnt geting a code because you can run 15-16psi to redline on the stock fuel system.Now that you are running more boost thats wh yyour geting a code.Agp and the dealer i go to says not to run more than 15-16psi to redline on the stock system.What year you have?I have a 05 and i run 13-14-9si to redline and it was geting a code.I ask why and they said the 05s are like that.LOL Who the hell knows
