Here's the million dollar question...

which FMIC's require "bumper trimming"?

Ex. Depots? AGP? CTI? etc? That's really what is stopping me, that and - - oh, and convincing myself that about $400-$800 worth of metal is a good thing... ha-ha...

Pretty sure that everyone is well aware of your opinion from your original post.... And it is your opinion... Let it go
See i always find this funny when ever someone says something like this. The point of forums is to get peoples opinions and experences. Plan B how many times have you ordered from ED?
There are two places that i wont order from any more and they happend to be ed and modernperformance. and no i havent just gotten one order through each of them. between my roomate and myself we have had 4 of 4 bs run ins with modern performance and with ED there are 3 of my track friends and my roomate and myself have all had problems with them. if it was one case each i wouldnt say anything becasue things happen but they have built up enough for me to use my time to disway others from using them.

Amy: this isnt my first car that ive modded and i dont feel that just because we drive neons and our parts are cheeper they should have less quality compared to other cars. and comparing a neon to a s4 which is much more expensive only makes sense for the parts to be more expenisve. also isnt hector a friend of yours?

well there buddy, you should not even need to go with that fmic if you are on the stock turbo .ITS to big for it.The only reason you have to cut it is because it is so damn big.ITS the bigger fmic they have for are car.and last there is more than 1 fmic agp makes! Thats why e.d. fmic are not that much money, because they are alot smaller than the monster fmic.Like i said i paid 450 from agp for the fmic upgrade.and hector whats like what $ 450-500- They are almost the same. And $ dosn't matter to me because i wont the best for my car.So if there is something that is to much,I dont really car as long as it fits and i dont have to make it work im happy with it.I mean come on here people we are not trying to build a custom turbo LOL.Its just a fmic that should alredy fit. oh sorry one more thing.I just went to his website and one intercooler is 570 and the other is 500.So for the same price almost you can have somthing that fits from agp.Oh im sorry im suppose to let it go.

I would go with an MPx, it uses the factory mounting bolts and cost a lot less than the Spearco Monster. As far as "bumper trimming", I am not sure.

what about the Perrin with crash bar? isn't that safer, with no cutting, plus better air movement? it costs more but the "safety beam" feature seems to be the icing on the cake. let me know cause i'm about to buy one.

I agree with ya Gump, the point of the forum is for peoples opinions & experiences. Especially if it is helpful to others. I never said he should of never posted anything bad about ED. And I actually have never bought anything from ED. My point was that he pleaded his case, as did you, and to move on because arguing wether or not ED was good isn't going to get SRT_YA closer to his goal. Yes, he should be aware of problems with ED, but the first couple posts / experiences that you & Valo posted are more than sufficient to raise his awareness. I simply felt that the topic was not being addressed, not that this response helps, and that it was time to move on. Would I buy from ED after hearing your stories? Probably not, but at the same time I don't want to continuously hear about it. I got the point, and I can only assume everyone else did. I mean no disrespect, for you seem quite knowledgable from some of your posts and could help out a lot of people on this forum. There is just no need to kick a dead horse.... Which I actually just did by responding....
