There is all kinds of bovs.Depends on what you like. The dealer i got my car at and they rebult my tranny under warranty didnt care that i had it.It really depends on how the dealer is.It should void anything.I mean what can it do.And if you do get one and your car ever has to be worked on and they wont fix it because of just a bov. LOL You better fight that. Its really not hard to install the bov.I did mine the 1st time and if i can do it anyone can do it LOL.All you have to do is get some kind of hard pipe with the flange for what ever bov you want and a block off plate and some gasket sealer for the stock surge valve. And a thin hose to run that from the back of the bov to the TB line. There is alot of people that can help you with it online. And i like these bovs.greddy type-s,hks ssqv and the hks racing bov.I have the hks ssqv bov and i love it.It has a high pitch sound to it.The supra on the 2f2f at the 1st race has it.And the greddy-type-s is on the s2000 and on the eclipse on the 1st one.The hks racing bov is the one the skyline has. There is sound sample on line for bovs, but i cant remember what the web page was called.Good luck i hope i helped some. ERIC
