Wow ! Do your home work and look at the project before you start. Looks pretty simple but problems abound. Know right away that on the 04 that the fuses are the minis and not every store has the add a circuit part for the mini fuses.Don't forget to buy extra fuses also. Lets not talk about getting that roll pin out. PATIENTS I wound up drilling a 3/8" hole in the cap on the wand to get the old one out. My advice is to have a new 1/16" x 1/2" roll pin on hand to replace the old one. After a little cussing and three trips to the auto parts STORES I got it done. Woo Hoo Fog lights with no headlights or Fog lights with the brights. Looks kinda cool just the fog lights !

I did this mod with all of my previous cars too. I loved driving around with just the fogs on How did you re-wire your fuses in the Neon? I already have the add-a-fuse from my previous car - is the Neon just as simple as jumping the fog light fuse to a fuse that always has power (such as the wiper fuse like I used prior)? How were you able to not modify the MFS if indeed the stalk does have a "ramp" preventing the the handle to be pulled out for the fogs?
