not only because of that.. the service manager is an *** wipe.... the guy got mad at me for calling on monday ( the day they said it would be done ) for asking when it would be done... he said " dont worry about it i will call you " its now a day late and still no call

I blew 3rd and 4th gear out of my Kenne Bell Mustang GT when I was racing a LS1 (w/Nitrous) Firebird...the transmission repair wasn't covered under warranty.

Good news though, I didn't actually lose the race - we stayed absolutely door-to-door dead even from 35MPH to about 120MPH.
