Default Project Red II: some pics of my new set up..

Some before & after shots of my engine bay. First project was as AGP 50 trim kit with all the trimmings. Went back to stock since I intended on trading in the car. Change of plans & decided on a new set up. Car now sports a Mopar stage 3 kit.

Original Project Red.. AGP 50 Trim

Project Red II.. Mopar Stage 3

I cant see any pic of the mopar turbo. And where did your bov go? sorry for asking a stupid ? But i dont see it anymore with the mopar turbo.Did you go back with just the surge vavle? I am learning LOL Or is the bov moved down? Because it looks like 2 differnet hard pipes. Sorry one more thing will the stock internals in the motor do pretty good with the stg3? I would think it would be ok but im just asking because i would like to go with the mopar turbo setup also. Thanks ERIC

I can get these in other color combo and finish. I had a GB on these on our forums. Sold about 5 of them. Here's a link to the one's I sold. You have to register to see the pics, sorry.

Mopar turbo looks identical to a stock turbo, minus the "mopar" inprinted on the housing. You missed that big black turbosmart Bov? haha. Look closely under the intake. The bov is attached to a AGP UHP. The stock surge valve gets blocked off. This kit was designed to be bolt on and go. You will be perfectly fine with stock internals.

Fast spool, great power, I'd say it's a close fight. I miss the obnoxious pull the 50 trim gave me on the highway but honestly, not having to tune was a bit of a relief for my personal use.

I just asked on another post about your hardpipes, and now I know. AGP! Do they have an extra bung (1/8 inch I think) with a plug in case one would ever want meth/water injection?
Also, is that an aftermarket intake manifold and if so WHERE DO I SIGN UP FOR ONE?!

Yes, it's a custom powdercoated AGP hardpipe. I don't have a fitting on it for w/a injection yet but later on we wll It can be done very easily.

The intake manifold is a fully ported, polished, bored to 60mm & ceramic coated. Machinist I work with from time to time. He does amazing work and is fair with pricing. Here's some more pics of it

Did the manifold make a big difference in throttle response/power and did you order the hardpipes powdercoated from AGP or have it done yourself? I've personally been striving for the red theme myself considering my baby's red. I'm was about 2 weeks away from ordering the E.D. hardpipes with the HKS BOV, but that red pipe you've got is off the chain! Looks great with that blk turbosmart BOV. How does it sound by the way? Oh, I almost forgot. Are those ICW Vapor rims on your ride in the introduce yourself thread? If you are ever looking to get rid of them.............

Tons of questions huh? LOL! Don't worry, I don't mind at all. Hard to tell if the manifold made a difference considering we did a complete head/manifold/tb swap all together. Car pulls like a raped ape on top end. It really is amazing to drive. I can't image what it will feel like with c16 and HOM on.

I had AGP themselves powdercoat the hardpipe for me. I only have the cold side. No real need for the hot side. I've had the hot side stock since day 1. Never once had any problems. And thats going through 3 different intercoolers and all! If your interested in the AGP pipes in red, hit me up. Again, can't break any rules on here [:'(]

Rims are Exel Speeds in gunmetal. I bought em off a buddy of mine who had them just sitting in the garage. Never really wanted em. Now I have people trying to ****** em up!! haha.
