Do you mean direct link them? If you save them and upload them here it would be better. Direct linking isn't always welcomed by the other forum. And if it's a competing forum, I don't like it... LOL! So save them and upload them here.

Explain what? Wheat Burner can save the pics from the other forum to his computer, then upload them here at DF. So we aren't direct linking the pictures or advertsing for another forum. Plus, we wouldn't want to send traffic away from DF so that's why posting a link to the topic on the other forum wasn't done either.
