Full synthetic changes are usually in the 50-60 dollar range. I buy my own oil, and bring it to them, they charge me 15 bucks for the whole ordeal. So I spend 35 bucks instead of the regular 60, saves me a few pennies, but thats my dealer.

Anyhow, its better if you take it to them, if down the road (you plan on keeping your warranty) something goes wrong with your engine they can't claim that you didn't take care of it. The proof is there in black and white.

Just a FYI, you can get a 5 quart jug of Mobil-1 full synthetic at Wal-Mart for about $22......

The ones sold at Walmart are 5QT bottles, but they say 4 Liters on them as well I believe. They're like 19 bucks over here, price just went down....how I don't know.

This should prove my oil level is just fine. Your concern is appreciated, though.........I've been known to buy the wrong item in stores many times!

looks like k-mart was shorting me...lol. off to walmart for the next one.
since i get such great treatment at my dealers service dept (jackasses) i have just made the 17,500mi service check myself and will make the rest as well. I found a blue wire that mounts to the driver side strut disconnected. the wire connector was broken off, the connector is where the two bolts mount the lower strut to spindle...fixed it but something to look out for while you folks are under there.
