FMIC advice
my next upgrade was going to be a AGPs Race FMIC and i was wondering if that was a good way to go or if any one else had any better suggestions it is going to cost me $650 and i just wanted to know if it is going to be worth it or not or what other upgrade should i do i already have motor mounts/trans. mounts, AGP intake, exhaust D/C sports 3', turbo xs RFL-H BOV, AGP WGA, and FREE OCC. any suggestion would be very helpful.
that fmic is probably going to be too big for your set up. there is such a thing as TOO big when getting a intercooler. i would suggest the ed beast, it's slightly smaller and will work better for you in the long run.
Well you can't spend 230 bucks on a big FMIC (per some group buys I've seen), and have it be top of the line. CTi's is very expensive but smaller than most and works probably way better than some. If its not bar and plate you're wasting your money.
This is what I've learned from research, thats what I mean.

i hate the look of the cti, it's just so dinky. and i can't say that i believe some of the "research" that has been done to prove it's superiority either.....

What about precision turbo FMIC? Anyone heard anything about it? This shop around the way had one on their car and said it was phenominal. They might have mentioned something about "custom" though. I told them what I was running and they said that a FMIC would definitely be a step in the right direction, but then I said the cheapest one I could find was like $499. They looked stunned and said I should definitely give them a call when I'm ready for they could get one quite abit cheaper. They said they had "dynoed proof" that with a 3 inch turbo back catless exhaust and their FMIC they made right at 40 hp to the wheels on their project car. Whether or not any of their "claims" are true or not remain to be seen, but they are a very reputable shop in the area and when they were done with their SRT it made 630+ hp at 28psi with race gas.
