I just installed my stage 2 what a difference I had just one question the waste gate is adjustible is there any way to get a little more out of it safely or just stick to what the instructions said 4mm

Stick with the 4mm, what the adjustment actually controls is boost onset. BTW, if you have not yet, do check and tighten your pressurized piping. From the turbo outlet to the TB. Many, many folks with S2 have found them to be loose, which costs you performance wise. You can build a leak tester for about $5 to $7 dollars which allows you to presurize the system with the engine off, allowing you to hear leaks.

any questions ask away, I built mine and have used it with great sucess. Couplling should be a 2' one. It will belabelled that way "2 inch plumbing coupling" Valve stems can be had in the air compressor tools section of Wal-Mart, about 2-3$ for 4-5 of them, right near the tire plug kits.
