Hot Rod Power Tour?

RE: Hot Rod Power Tour?
thread back from the dead....
Registration ($65 I think) is now open and here's the list of venues for the Power Tour.
Cleveland, OH: IX Center
Kalamazoo, MI: Kalamazoo County Fairgrounds
Racine, WI: Downtown Lake Front
Springfield, IL: Illinois State Fairgrounds
Evansville, IN: Roberts Stadium
Memphis, TN: Memphis Motorsports Park
Little Rock, AR: Arkansas State Fairgrounds
I am in, will be taking the 66 stang (pgh, pa) and 2 friends with a 70 vette (phili, pa) and 68 firebird (columbus, oh) will be rounding out my group. Hope some of you can join in on the action, if you can please let me know. Springfield and Memphis are repeats for me on prior tours and are great venues. The stops aren't that far from each other and it leaves plenty of time for road trip excursions to visit sites that are of interest to you. Travel is mostly on state routes and avoid interstates for the most part, however you can vary on the published route. you are only required to punch a timecard each day at the main stage to qualify as a "long hauler". Bring a couple of cans of octane incase the rural areas have crappy gas. It is really a great roadtrip with a ton of people that love cars!
