the "neon factor"
I think our cars have a "neon factor".......examples include:
ppl on the higways need to hit the fast lane going 66 mph just as you are rolling up on them @ 85 mph to pass a car that they have been pacing for the last 10 miles. then take another 10 miles to complete the pass.
no need to look at whats coming down the road before exiting the driveway, its just a neon.
left turn in front of a neon...sure, they have anti-lock's.
stop right in front of the neon for that right turn into the wallgreens, the buick may tip over rounding the corner.
the neon driver has esp, no need for signals.
I wish our cars had that get the f out of the way look to them. anyone know of where to get a pushbar to fit the srt?

RE: the "neon factor"
im talking daily commute stuff. Guess I just miss my bent rusty truck bumper, nobody pulled out on me when i was in that beast. in my buddies vette people get out of the way when you close in on them in the fast lane. the little crackerbox needs a bazooka to get people to move to the slow lane.

I'm not sure about the whole "neon factor" lol When i test drove a srt-4 last week at a dealership I pulled out of the lot and sat at a 4-way and as soon as i pulled up some little honda revved his exhaust at me and gave me a smile.............i looked at the salesman and proceeded to pull 3 car lengths before the next light Was funny............the next day the salesman bought the car............i was like WTF lol guess he liked it

RE: the "neon factor"
I was driving out of my condo complex this morning and noticed the new oil change place they built across the street (NOT Jiffy Lube!) was not busy so I pulled in since I was a few weeks overdue. From the second I pulled in, I was constantly asked questions about the car and any mods that had been made. After putting my jug of Mobil-1 in, they started the car and gunned it few times [to check for leaks, right? :-)] and got a kick out of the BOV sounding off.
After I had paid my $13, the manager asked me who's car it was. When I told him it was mine, he said, "You race it?" When I told him it was just my daily driver, he laughed and said, "Yeah, right." So I decided to make his day and confessed I was breaking in the car for my daughter.
Everyone believed THAT.
Seems as though the "neon factor" also has an "age factor"!!!!!!!!!
