TiAL BOV?
I was thinking of getting the TiAL BOV with a JMB hardpipe set. Has anyone had any experience with this BOV? I read somewhere that it is not a good BOV for the stock turbo. I'll be upgrading to Stg 3 within 6 months or so, and currently have Stg 2/w toys. Is this BOV too much for the stock turbo?
All the big turbo SRTs around my area run that BOV and absolutely love it. It has excellent holding powers for high PSI. I don't care too much for the sound of it, but thats just me.
No BOV is too much for anything. Its just a release of pressure. Its a matter of how much PSI they can hold before they start to improperly operate.

Tial does offer a 9psi spring for their bov's which I would highly recommend. The spring that comes in the Tial is rated high and will not blow off untl after 15 or more psi. Not a good idea for those running stock or moderate boost levels.
Here is a soundclip made by one of our customer's. Keep in mind he has Kinetic 50trim turbo.

Man that's a good sound. You don't happen to have other clips do you? Of maybe an HKS?

Personally, I avoid like the plague anything AOL. IMO AOL is a virus. You can probably run AIM without trouble though.
