Yeah I believe it, I drive my ol slow *** Chevy Custom Deluxe 10 305 4 bbl 11 miles one way to work each day and it's costing me 200 a month. Course I got 3.42 gears in it so that don't help. All these guys with these new trucks brag they get high teens around town. I don't believe them. My truck has a small engine in a fairly good state of tune and I average around 10 maybe if I'm easy on it, but usually less. Did get almost 17 at a strict 70 mph on the highway last year. I have been looking for an economy beater to drive and made 2 offers lately (1 daytona and 1 turbo shadow) and they both backed out! I was willing to pay what they were asking with no haggling. People are weird. I gotta get something as this old Chevy is going to eat me outta house and home.

 

Wazzzzup Nicky!?!? Gas was up to 3.17 when I decided..."WTF, I'm throwing money into this slow but very beautiful truck. I need to change my ways." So the SRT was the first thing to pop into my head. It's fast, reliable, it gets gas milage and it's a Dodge...it's a win, win situation. It's an '05 FYI...and I just got all the parts for my OCC...I'm gonna do it tomorrow. Thanks for your help and concern guys. I think I'm gonna like it here

 

haha i wish...3.17, until the last week or so you couldn't even get 87 for that around here. 93 was up to 3.4x or so and 87 was 3.2x. it's come down a lot recently, with 87 under 3 now and 93 around 3.15. i have to pay attention to both 87 and 93 now...which confuses my briain sometimes haha

 

That sucks for you guys! I just filled up on 93 about an hour ago for $2.59.

 

Yeah, I just filled up on 93 at $2.50 a gallon.

 

I cant even find anything better than 91 around here[:@]
back home 93/94 was everywhere. when i first moved out here i was like WTF???
