hey if you get the stage 1 kit do you need to get anything else? Will it run alright with everything stock with the stage 1

It will run just fine by itself. It's a bit more fun to add a Mopar BOV and a Mopar/Borla exhaust, since the Stage 1 is tuned to get the maximum out of these upgrades/mods.........If you have a 2003 SRT-4, you'll get bigger injectors as well, which are stock on later models....
