Im testing a throttle body for a company out in california, its bad ***. This thing added a lot of power and the throttle response is amazing. They are supposed to be designing a down pipe and pulleys which Im going to put on my car. If the rest of there parts make as big of a difference as this throttle body all yall better watch out. It's a throttle body. I've been waiting for someone to come out with a larger throttle body. I would love to see some dyno results.[sm=smiley2.gif]

 

The throttle body is not made by iceman. I have tested it and it really didnt impress me. The one I have on right now made almost 16 hp at the wheels and 25 ft/lbs of torque. The thing is, this in only their stage one throttle body!!!!!! Here in about a week they want to put a bigger one on to see if it makes more power.

 

How many mm is the T/B? do these guys have a website?

 

The stage one I have on my car is 55mm. Their website is focus-central.com/. They are really big into the ford focus, but are going into the srt for too. Lucky me!!

I must say, the Focus one shown on the webiste looks like a great piece. I also admit doubts about 16whp without charts to back it up, that's a hell of an increase. Bone stock car? And for our purposes, the AEM counts as stock. I'm referring to exhaust and boost control specifically. You say you tested the Iceman, can I ask how? Dyno? Or butt dyno? I ask becuase it's just hitting the streets like this week. One last thing. Are you affiliated with Focus Central in any way? Other than testing the product, of course.

 

I did test the Iceman throttle body on a dyno. I have ways of getting parts a little early. Focus central will be putting my dyno results up on thier website shortly, I hope. I used to have a supercharged SVT Focus and those guys really know thier ****. I like them, I trust, but Im not affiliated with them. They helped me get a fast focus, so now they are going to help me build a fast neon.
