Default My first Stage mod!!!!

Hi all, finally got some money together for my first major mod, which will be a stage mod. Iam leaning
towards stage 2 since it seems like its just an installation and requires little tuning to no tuning at all,
correct me if iam wrong. Can u guys tell if there has been positive or negative reports about about stage 2.

Right now i have AEM CAI, Mopar Cat Back exhaust, and mopar BOV.

Thanks

stage 2 is cool, but i wish i'd saved for s3. basically it's how much money you have to spend that will determine what you put on your car and how fast you will go. the toys are cool, but all i ever use is the dail-a-boost. never used 100 octane and i hate those ****ing sprayers. nothing but problems on my car. i'm sure everyone will have something different to say about what to put on next, just do a lot of research and know what you're putting on and why.

s3 will not "wear out" the car. not sure what you think it's going to wear out.

if you want stage 2 my advice would be to get a used stage 2 w/toys ecu, pick up the sensors either used or from a vendor, and get the toy box from n2mb. it's a lot cheaper in the long run and you get the same performance. the only part of the toys that i use is HOM, which is well worth it. my DAB and IC sprayers are no longer functional.

Thnks PSI for the tips but my main concern is what peoples experience has been with stage 2,
positive or negative dont plan on getting the toys though as iam not a big racer plus without toys is
about the right price range that i am looking for from mopar supercenter.

thanks

if you're not getting toys than i would definetly suggest going used. it's much cheaper and it's the same exact thing. save yourself some money. no toys will not give you as good performance overall as a toys kit does, so remember that when deciding which to get.

Don't just buy because its in your price range, when what you really want is only slightly more expensive. You'll kick yourself in the *** for it later.

I am SOOOOOOOO glad I saved the extra $ up and got the toys! HOM makes a BIG difference. I use DAB all the time, but rarely the IC sprayer (only at the track). I don't know when you plan on doing the upgrade, but within the mext 2 months I will be posting a used stg 2 with toys ECU up for sale, as I am just 2-3 more paychecks away from ordering stg 3.
