as for your question, i have a pnp head w/valves and cams w/gears, the internals are stock though. i have a tune on it, a street tune and a track tune. nothing too major though it's just a fuel tune, boost stays the same regardless.

honestly i dont think anyone goes to drt anymore. Their shop is garbage and they are redicouslously overpriced. That shop is **** and is good for nothing but the rollers personally and even that gets expensive.
