Default bov

I know this is a really stupid question but I can't find the bov. Someone please let me know where it is. I had a 1.8t and a 1st gen eclipse and I didn't have a problem finding those.

you don't have a bov that's why you can't find it. you have a surge valve that sits directly on the turbo, but that's it.

Thanks. I know what you are talking about but is it hard to put a BOV on it or should I just leave it?

it's not hard if you have little hands, lots of patience, and a ton of determination. i had neither and spent 80 bucks for the only mod i didn't do myself. i still kick myself over that damn third bolt.

I found that a ratchet wrench and a "don't drop the damn wrench" tool worked pretty well. You can make your own by tying one end of a string to the wrench and the other around your wrist.

i kept getting owned by the 'fat finger dropping the tools' problem that dodge forgot to consider when designing the damn thing

dude YES. that 3rd bolt for my mopar BOV conversion was a *****!!!!!!! i wouldnt feel bad about not installing it yourself, took me a while to get that last bolt off cause i did not have any of the right tools for it. but its in, and it makes no noise, so im pissed, but atleast it can vent better now i guess...

I'm 6'2" and 225 pounds, so there was no way my hands were going to fit........a small Mexican mechanic did the trick, though!!!
