About a week ago I was driving in my car and suddenly lost my boost pressure. Normally my car boosts at 19 PSI, and while I was driving it dropped to 7 PSI and I havn't been able to figure out what is wrong with it.

I checked all the hoses at first to see if any popped off or there were any obvious reasons why I wouldn't be holding boost, all hoses were okay.

I checked my intercooler piping, sensor on the cold side and made sure nothing burst off, and they were all okay.

I just got done doing a boost leak test with soapy water and there were 2 leaks that i found, but after fixing the leaks my turbo still won't boost past 7 PSI.

I am out of ideas.. if its not a boost leak.. what could it be???????
