The older cobras are responcive to mods, i talked to one guy who bought a set of cams for his (it's a N/A DOHC/per head) motor 4.6L
He said with the cams, intake throttlebody, flywheel, clutch, injectors, full exaust, and a chip he was into the low 13's to high 12's, which i believed untill we raced 5 times in a row and each time i put about 4 cars on him from the dig, and 3 cars from a 30 roll and i was walking him pretty bad, so i didnt believe him after that he was probably good for mid 13's with traction......if your going to get him.....
Your either going to pull him from the start, or if he gets the jump on you,(which might be half a car or so) you'll start to reel him in and pass him after about 70-80 or so
