Well, after weeks of thinking about it and changing my mind, I finally put the Stage 1 badge on.....no more stealth or Q-Ship!!!!

Not bad lookin' at all. It would be one I'd probably be willing to put on--and I don't normally like stick-on modifications [sm=lol.gif]. Although. . . I looked at that AAR stripe kit again today--that would be kinda cool witha PVO sticker at the tail. . . if I ever buy one.

Remember to save the injectors and PCM for me!

 

Since mine was an '04, the bigger injectors were stock from the factory...Stage 1 for '04s is just the PCM..."plug in and play!!!!"

 

The emblem looks good, Dusty!! [sm=smiley20.gif] I was debating myself if i was gonna put my Stage 2, whenever it gets here, on. I pretty sure i would now

 

Yeah, it seems silly to some people to think about something like that so much, but when you consider that all the "normal look" of your SRT-4 is now gone, and you've announced to everyone that can see the badge that you're extra serious about "gettin down the road" in a hurry, it's NOT "just a Neon" anymore.....[sm=smiley36.gif][sm=smiley20.gif]

Assuming nothing "bad" comes out of the mods, yes! I just didn't want to put Stage 2 on an engine with only 2000 miles on it.....(yeah, I "baby" my car.....)[sm=smiley36.gif]

 

yeah, i know what you mean- i only had 2500 or so miles when i left to come to ok, but by the time i get home i'll have 8k or so- i really didn't want to bring it, but that was tempered w/ the fact that i didn't want to get stuck in ok w/o a car!

 

Yeah, my numerous TDY's from Malmstrom AFB to Keesler AFB were always a headache in trying to decide if I should try to drive my Mustang GT through winter weather in Montana, Wyoming and Colorado, or just take it easy and fly. I usually drove, but sometimes it got a little wild!!! It's amazing the difference 1500 miles can make in the weather!!!
