Default new to the site need help!!!

Just unloaded a tC in favor of an srt-4, didn't know what i was missing, anyway got a vibration sound coming from the front of my 05 in the drivetrain (not a tire balance issue). the faster i go the worse it gets especially in the turns, i was thinking maybe wheel bearings or axle but the car has only 15k, i also hear alot of road noise or howling sound on the parkway, i am not familiar with this car so any help will be appreciated!!!!Gonna swing by the Dealer next week

What exactly do you mean by road noise and howling?

you may be on the right track with the vibration issues. also look at the tires themselves, are they worn? unevenly worn? edeges gone (from hard cornering)? any number of things can cuase vibration. at what speeds is it most noticable?

i would take a look at the tires see if anything seems out of order, they can tellyou a bit about anything from tire pressure to alignment. when i was into autoX, i noticed driving home with rounded edges on the tires they vibrated quite badly. but once i put a good set of tires back on, the vibration went away. but it could also be something more serious like you mentioned, an axle or bearing.

i should have aksed, did the car have any modifications to it? this could have created some wear on the axels, especially if thye did some runs down the strip. anyhow, like you said there are some very mechanically inclined folks on here who could help you out. the better you can describe it, the better it can be diagnosed.

i should also add about the noisyness of the car, the stock KDWs are VERY noisy tires.
