I was just wondering what was the max hp that can be derived out of a stage 2 If it was tuned properly?

depends on the dyno and the day really. high 200s though. 285 on HOM im pretty sure on just the S2 w/ toys. maybe a little bit more with I/E.

 

SKY is the limit you already get biger injectors, and it runs very rich so by the time you lean it out u b supa quik

 

youll still be limited by the computer /stock fuel system. true, a custom S2 you can do much with, but youll need lots of other upgrades. if you start playing with the mixture, youll need a wideband for sure, dont want to lean it out too much!

yeah, **** the safe zone of about 12.5 to 14 a/f ratio, lean that bitch out to another one or two more and watch her fry!!! LOL

 

I would recomend these items before getting stage 2 or else your are not going to get the hps you want. Believe me,I didnt want to listen to people telling me you need this, this, and this before you get it but trust me, its worth it. I would get motor mounts (because if you think you spin or wheel hop now..wait til you add power), exhaust. The intake on the car is good for over 300 and so is the IC but if you have money left over I would upgrade the IC. When I just had stage2 and gutted cat I only dynoed 248 hp despite what the @'s tell ya. Once I added those things I dynoed 287 hp and 307 tq. Let me know if you have any questions.

 

^yeah, not to mention the skinny stock rims have a hard enough time at stock power, let alone with more hp and torque. so if you want to be able to enjoy the full lanunching thrill youll need wider rims and tires aswell.
