Default Installed the ICC CAI

Well I installed it this morning. Since I didn't have the piece that connects the intake to the turbo and no auto stores around my area had couplers, I went a different route. I had an extra stock intake pipe from a friend. I cut off the rubber piece that connects to the turbo. Then I measured and cut off some of the CAI where it meets up with the turbo. Then I slid the rubber piece on the cut part of the CAI and connected it to the turbo. It was a perfect fit. It gave the CAI a little flex so it wouldn't rip and it is very very easy to remove since the stupid C clamp doesn't slide around on the turbo end. Well I guess I voided my warranty on the new CAI pipe. Thats ok though, this worked out very nice and looks very clean.

CAI's will not void your warranty.

He was refering to the warranty on the CAI itself (from the CAI's manufacturer) and not his cars warranty.
